Shipping Policy

We dispatch every order within 24 hours of confirmation and ship via trusted courier partners. Here's exactly what to expect.
1. Where we ship
We currently offer free shipping all over Tamil Nadu. Orders to other Indian states are accepted on request — write to enquiry@auraoils.co.in with your pincode and oils of interest, and we will quote a shipping charge before confirming the order.
2. Free shipping
Shipping is free for all orders within Tamil Nadu, with no minimum order value. No coupon code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout.
3. Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4 PM IST are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Every bottle is cold-pressed in small batches and labelled with its pressing date — if you order during a press cycle, dispatch may take an extra 24 hours.
4. Delivery time
Estimated delivery from dispatch: Tamil Nadu metros (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem) — 2–3 working days. Tamil Nadu Tier-2 / rural pincodes — 3–5 working days. Other Indian states — 4–7 working days. These are estimates from our courier partner and may extend during festivals or weather disruptions.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and WhatsApp update with the tracking number and courier name. You can also track from /account/orders.
6. Packaging
Bottles are sealed in tamper-evident shrink-wrap and packed in custom-fit corrugated cartons with biodegradable bubble wrap. If your bottle arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — we will replace it at no cost.
7. Failed deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts (recipient unavailable, address incorrect, or refused), the order is returned to us. We will contact you to either re-dispatch (you cover the second shipping) or refund (less COD handling, if applicable).
8. COD
Cash on Delivery is available across Tamil Nadu for orders up to ₹5,000. Please keep the exact amount ready — our courier partners may not carry change.
